PAYMENT

Loli Pups accepts paypal and credit/debit card payments, (you are able to use your credit/debit cards via paypal without having a paypal account). Paypal and credit/debit card payments are expected within 24 hours. If payment isn't made within 24 hours, an invoice will be sent to you via paypal. If you need an extenstion to pay, please contact to discuss. Paypal and Credit Card Payments not received within 72 hours will be canceled.

All items are shipped USPS parcel post unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If you would like expedited shipping, a tracking number or insurance please contact me before checkout. Please note that these requests do come at an extra cost that will be added to your final bill.

PLEASE NOTE** Loli Pups can not be responsible for damaged items during shipping if you did not elect to have insurance on your package. If you want your package insured, please contact me prior to checkout .

Refunds and Exchanges *RETURN POLICY*

Its important for each one of my customers to be happy with their purchase. For health reasons and because all items in my shop are made to order, the policy is for replacement for item purchased only. If item is in anyway damaged upon arrival, I will replace your item for you via exchange for the same product you purchased. I request the original item must be sent back unworn, unused, within 7 days of you receiving the item. I take great pride in quality of my items and stand by my work 100%. Thank you in advance for understanding this policy.
